What works now
Search, filters, pagination, editing, adding personnel, automatic totals, rank coverage, light/dark mode, change history, hire dates, months of service, and JSON export. Administrators can manage PAR targets and import a roster in shared mode.
What the numbers mean
Total workforce: unique active people. Effective line: active people assigned to Line, grouped by effective rank. Gross rank shortage: the sum of each rank’s shortfall, without offsetting it against other ranks’ surpluses.
Next capabilities
Shared storage, verified sign-in, and role-based permissions are available. Planned additions include effective-dated changes, a separate finance workspace, and historical snapshots. The sample preview remains separate and saves only to your device. Shared mode requires an activated database and approved membership.
